REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

By making a purchase with CORPORACIÓN CENTRAL DEL IMPLEMENTACIÓN SAFCO S.A DE C.V., you agree to be bound by the following Refund and Return Policy. We recommend reading it in its entirety before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within ten days of receiving the product if you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a written statement detailing the reasons for the return.
If the customer has not made any claims after the specified period, it will be understood that they accept the service in its entirety, and any subsequent claim will only be processed if CORPORACIÓN CENTRAL DEL IMPLEMENTACIÓN SAFCO S.A DE C.V. accepts it.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR RETURN
Returns of digital products will be accepted only in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Customers must notify CORPORACIÓN CENTRAL DEL IMPLEMENTACIÓN SAFCO S.A DE C.V. of their intention to return a service or product within ten days of delivery, including clear and documented details of the reason for the return.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been received and evaluated, or the eligibility of the service for a refund has been verified

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
In case of a claim or dispute, CORPORACIÓN CENTRAL DEL IMPLEMENTACIÓN SAFCO S.A DE C.V. will formally disclose its opinion, based in part on the expert opinion of the corresponding independent professional(s).
REFUND CONDITIONS

No refunds will be granted in situations where the customer has breached the terms of the contract or provided incorrect or insufficient information that has affected the provision of the service. Services or products that have been used, modified, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund, unless there is an inherent defect in the product or service that makes it unsuitable for its intended purpose.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
DELIVERIES
The delivery times of the projects will be agreed upon in detail and specifically with each client at the beginning. In case of unforeseen events or changes in the project requirements, CORPORACIÓN CENTRAL DEL IMPLEMENTACIÓN SAFCO S.A DE C.V. will notify the client immediately and proceed to discuss and agree on adjustments to the delivery times.

CORPORACIÓN CENTRAL DEL IMPLEMENTACIÓN SAFCO S.A DE C.V. is committed to maintaining transparent communication with the Client regarding the progress of the project, providing periodic updates on the status and milestones achieved.
REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS
In situations where adjustments to the deadlines are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will seek to reach a reasonable agreement with the client.
